Common Questions
Do I need an account?
No. You can use Verseable in Guest Mode. An account is optional for sign-in and cloud backup features.
Where is my data stored?
Guest Mode data is stored locally on your device. If you sign in and use cloud backup, selected Verseable data can be backed up to your account.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Open Verseable, go to Settings, open Account, and choose Delete account. You can also visit /delete.
Can I delete local app data?
Yes. Open Settings and use Clear local data.
How do daily reminders work?
Verseable uses optional device reminders that can be turned on, turned off, and scheduled in Settings.
How do I report a verse or content issue?
Email aimusersupport@gmail.com with the verse reference, screen name, and what looks incorrect.
Troubleshooting
- Restart the app if a setting does not appear to update.
- Confirm notifications are allowed in system settings if reminders do not appear.
- Use Reset password on the Account screen if you cannot sign in with email.
- Use Clear local data only if you want to remove saved verses, prayers, and progress from the device.
